they have done work all our cars in our household. appreciate them accepting third party parts when such parts are both cheaper and dependable. being a customer that has proper attitude and respectful is one reason i get further ahead in working with other businesses.

Very bad experience. will never recommend. Front desk lady is rude. For a simple question, response was very rude, after I got the major repair done with them. I will never ever go to them again. They started doing the major repair work without taking authorization. I ended up doing the work and paying huge amount. I cannot comment on quality of work as I have yet to observe that

I always feel like I’m getting honest service when I visit your shop and always choose Tidwell when I have a major repair to my car. - Lynne H.

after using Tidwell Auto Service the light has been shown. I was greeted with an enthusiastic smile from a woman at the counter. I explained that I was in need of a new clutch and she had the shop owner come out and talk to me directly. I felt very important which was something new when it came to car repairs. After discussing the cost of repair I dropped off my truck. The very next day I was told the truck would be ready by closing and sure enough the repairs had been made. I was actually shocked at how quickly the work was done. It has since been a year or so and the work has held up. I can?t say enough of how friendly and honest Tidwell Auto Service had treated me. I recommend Tidwell to anyone in the area that?s in search of that ?honest mechanic?.

I needed a water pump and timing belt replaced and after calling 15 different shops I decided to go with Tidwells bc of the lowest price also Troy the owner was exceptionally nice over the phone and didnt interrupt me when i was telling him my problem. he listened and quoted me a fair price right over the phone. I then took it in for a free estimate and that estimate never went up or did they ever try to push something on me that I didnt need. A++++ service. When you pull up to the shop they have written on there front window "friendly" and "honest" and i would not say anything less then that. I will repeat service here every time from now on!
