I broke down about a quarter of a mile from the store so I called the store and the salesman took really good care of me. He got me the parts I needed and even installed them for me once he closed up the store (I got there shortly before closing time.) I'm new to there area so I didn't have anyone else I could have called for help, but thanks to O'Reilly's I didn't need anyone else.
