rude and not truthful. then, out of spite, they deactivated the wrong receiver. why are there no other options? even armstrong, which I used to have, was better

I have been with comcast for years and over the last couple of years it has been the worst service in the world. I would never recomend comcast to know one. They r greedy and never willing to compensate you correctly. Just as soon as my service expires I will be leaving. They never follow through with your complaints and the customer service is terrible. " STAY FAR AWAY FROM COMCAST IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR PIECE OF MIND."
