David does a fantastic job in every aspect. He has a broad and very detailed knowledge of phone systems. His works is always accurate, timely, effective,and neat. He does every little detail correctly down to making the wiring look neat and tidy. I've been impressed by how much he knows and how quickly he resolves problems. To top it all off, his prices are always more than competitive. In my opinion, he's the best around when it comes to phone systems, installations, troubleshooting or any other phone needs. Highly recommended.

David Switzer has done a GREAT job with the Nortel phone system. David did everything and even went beyond to make sure it is what we wanted/needed for our business. If we have any questions or problems, just call and he will help you over the phone or he will be right over to fix the problem. Will do business with David Switzer again!!!!

We have received service for many years from David Switzer. David has worked with me as a customer for the past eight years. David has proven and demonstrated a comprehensible knowledge of our telecomm needs. David has provided tech support for our Nortel PBX switch, Meridian Voice mail, the telecomm infrastructure and our 400 extensions, both digital and analog sets. David has provided solution suggestions for our facility that demonstrates the knowledge of the environment the equipment will be exposed to as well as life cycle of the equipment. David doesn't attempt to sell equipment that will not meet the customer requirements. David has proven very accessible and has always worked to meet our schedules for service and installations.

Switzer Communications did an outstanding job installing a Nortel phone system at our office, and our staff received excellent training! Telephone and e-mail support is always available, with quick response time for any issue. If on-sight assistance is required, it is provided right away. We wouldn't use anyone else!

We used Switzer Communications to install a new Nortel phone system. Their service was excellent and they went over and beyond to ensure we got the system we needed that fit our needs. They also spent whatever time was necessary in training our employees on the new phones. Even after the installation was complete, we could call or email anytime with questions and they never failed to give us the right answers or to come by and show us again in person. This is a top-notch company that truly knows the meaning of customer satisfaction.
