Do not trust this business! Was quoted by "A" that a replacement spring for my garage door would run me $100-$200. And this was just for the spring itself without the cost of labor added. I pinned her down on this quote before I went to the business on Fields Dr in Aberdeen to confront her. Got there, of course she ("A") the receptionist advised that noone in charge was available untilll Monday to discuss this with me--Although she did give me the name/number of owner.



Got home, researched prices online for same spring. Guess what? Sears, and other stores offer spring for $ 35 and less.. Will never ever purchase anything from this store. Shim Sham practices. Over inflated prices. Trying to get over on the little people. Should be ashamed of themselves in today's economy. Getting over on people just trying to survive. SHAME ON YOU MARVIN ALLAN DOOR CO
