My family has been taking our dogs to Pinetree Animal Hospital for almost 25 years. I now live 1.5 hours from them, but continue to drive 3 hours round trip because I wouldn't think of ever letting anyone else take care of my dog. I consider everyone here family.

We have a multiple pet household. They treat our animals kindly and call to check on them. All my questions have always been answered. When I call to ask questions, they always get back to me or have the vet return the call depending on my questions. I would definitely recommend them. I personally like Dr Israel but they all are nice and knowledgeable.

Sent a friend to this vet and it was not only the most unethical treatment I have ever heard of but also rude and inconsiderate. The Vet and the Vet tech did completely unnecessary tests as well as denied doing the ones that were really needed to diagnose the problem. Did not consult the owner before doing the tests and then slapped them with an enormous bill. When confronted about consulting the owner of the dog first about prices the Vet said we don't do that to avoid offending anyone. Horrible experience! I will not be taking my pets here again nor will my friends. Plan on leaving feedback wherever I can to get the word out!

We have a fearful dog who doesn't always do well at the vet, however, we had such a wonderful experience here! Dr. Watson was so amazing with our lady, sat down on the ground with her and really helped her to feel comfortable. I would highly recommend Pinetree Animal Hospital to anyone, particularly Dr. Watson if you have an anxious pet!
