I have been taking my lap dogs to Jody for a long time and she does an amazing job. There isn't a pet groomer in Aberdeen that doesn't have a private area where they groom. My dog's are not one bit afraid of Jody and there cuts are amazing. As far as asking for a tip, if u use a credit card she will ask is it for the full amount, not asking straight out for a tip. Jody also is the least expensive to go, she doesn't charge extra for cleaning there glands unlike most other places, which they shouldn't, that's part of grooming a dog. Jody I think your awesome.

Please DO NOT take your pet here! I was referred to this place by my hair dresser. The owner was rude from the moment I walked in. She obviously doesn’t like small dogs. I should have just walked out, but having just moved to SD, I did not know of any other place to go. The place looks good, but the grooming is done in a back room which customers are not allowed to see. Groomers I have been to in other cities do the grooming out in the front where they can be observed by clients. WhenI arrived to pick up my dog the owner was in the back presumably grooming a dog. She was yelling at the dog very impatiently and the dog was crying loudly. When she finally brought my dog out, my dog had a bloody eye and a bloody gash inside one ear. The owner insisted that I had brought my dog in this way. I definitely had not! My dog was frightened and visibly shaking. Then when I went to pay, the owner actually asked for a tip! If you love your pet, do not go anywhere near this place!
