When we built our house we said we wanted geothermal for it. He said ok, and got to work. He had to be called repeatedly to get things done. The first month's heat bill came and it was twice the amount it supposed to be with geo. I asked why, and he said that it might be the electric boiler for the floor heat. What? How come we have that. His answer was that the last 2 bids he had the people thought that it was to expensive to go all geo, so he doesn't ask anymore. What!?! Whats the point of having geo, and still paying for electric? 6 months later parts of the floor heat in the basement doesn't work. We called him at least 5 times, and personally talked to him. "I'll be over this Thursday" He never came. Called again, oh I had to go to bla bla bla . . . Same excuse over and over. I gave him 1 star for his electric work. Seems to work ok except for the garage. Can't plug in a vacuum and power washer. Breaker blows. Another thing is we took out the air exchanger. He said we would get about $1000 back that he over charged because of it. I asked him on 3 different occasions when I'll get my money. "I have to check my books". Finally the 4th time I talked to him he said that it was $350. Wow. Whatever, just give me something. I'm never doing business with this guy again.
