Park Village is a porly managed mobile home court. Poor management has pretty much driven this place into the dirt, wich is what the majority of the main roads are now due to poor maintenance. The park/play area for children is overgrown with weeds. And their billing for water is pretty shady.The management at the park is even more shady. The park manager will call your wife after 9pm half drunk, and calll her names like "sweetie","honey-pie" and other names that cross the lines of sexual harassment, but you can't expect that from a man who lost his fortune to a sexual harassment lawsuit in Rapid City. He will also make promises that they do not keep such as promising deposits and partial moths of lot rent back.The lot manager will pull firearms on you, if he feels threatened which is well documented in the Aberdeen American News.So, to play it safe, and make a good financial decision as well as the responcible decision to protect yourself anf family, I would live somewhere else.
