Our Granddaughters were doing some shopping in the Aberdeen store today. The youngest is 4 and seen a Frozen item she wanted being a big fan of the movie. The older Granddaughter who is 15 tried to tell her she couldn't have it because it cost too much. The little one got mad and threw a fit. Seems they have a zero policy when it comes to a kid having a melt down. one employee told the older granddaughter she should not have had kids if she couldn't handle them. the employee was told the child was her sister. the older granddaughter was given 2 minutes to "get her settled down". there was no compassion. this is not a child friendly environment. the possibility of shopping at your store is very slim with interaction like this.
