Don't waste your time- worst customer service I have ever had!

We took the starter here for our Honda to be repaired. It took 3 weeks to get it back and it still wouldn't work. So we took it back and was told they would open it up and check it out and to come back the next day. Went back the next day to get it and the guy that helped us said sorry and something was wrong with it but that it was fixed now. Went home and installed the starter and the car still wouldn't start. We thought something was really wrong with our car until we took it to a mechanic and they determined it was the starter. They ordered one and when they put the new one in the car started right up. My husband brought the broken starter back to Finn Electric and they best they could say was that they would send it out for a refund of the $135 it cost us. So when you drive by Finn and see that their sign says "Finn Electric- Starters and Alternators" Ignore the word "Starters". They have no idea what they doing.
