Really disappointed in the service we received from you. Almost a year ago we spent almost $200 on a pair of work boots for my husband. We got the whole speil from the owner about how great their products are and if (anything) goes wrong with the shoes before a year to please contact them. They are our warranty for the shoes we purchase. Only 9 months in the soles came apart. We brought the boots and you told us you would have to send the boots to Dr. Martens and they would decide if we got a refund. What happened to you being the source of the warranty? Why sell a product if you aren't going to stand behind it. We were told Dr Martens decided that the boots weren't eligible for a refund because the problem was the way my husband walked in the boots was the problem. We have learned our lesson and will no longer be shopping with you guys. shop at your own risk. Don't stand behind your products or take car of your customers. This is why we don't "shop the harbor first".
