I was so happy to discover this clinic and be able to avoid the ER. By the time I went in to see a doctor I had been ill for 2 weeks. I had a persistent cough and was unable to sleep due to that, plus I had completely lost my voice 2 days prior to my visit. Sadly, I had horrible luck of being seen by Dr. Judy Miller who ran the normal tests, bloodpressure, weight, etc. She pressed on my face and commented that the tenderness could be due to a sinus infection. I told her how I had already used 2 bottles of Nyquil and that it wasn't helping. My cough had gotten so bad that my chest was tight and I was experiencing difficulty breathing and I am not a smoker-of anything. She said that my throat looked inflamed and my glands were very swollen. She turned away from me and began writing, and then she handed me the slip of paper with the word "Zicam" written on it. She told me it was an over the counter medication. Then she walked over to me, patted me on the shoulder, and said "Gee, I'm sorry you're sick...hope you feel better soon." Wow. I was speechless and disgusted. I have never been treated by such a quack. Her words of sympathy, which by the way did no good at all, cost me a total of $85.00!! When I returned home I found a refill of an antibiotic from my dentist that I had ended up not needing. I went to the pharmacy, filled the prescription, and began taking it. Amazingly, I began to feel better within 48 hours and after finishing the medication I am no longer sick. After this ridiculous fiasco of a doctor visit, I wonder, how much worse would I have gotten if I hadn't been proactive and ignored her "so-called" diagnosis? So... PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE HONEST HELP FOR YOUR ILLNESS! ALL YOUR MONEY WILL BUY YOU IS A COUPLE WORDS OF SYMPATHY! AVOID THIS "DOCTOR" AT ALL COSTS!!
