good service, lots of stuff. if they don't have it they can order it and get it the next day, most of the time.

This place has a new manager, Joe, since I was there last. He's knowledgeable and has a good personality. I'll be back!

Great Experience. Had exactly what I needed. Very friendly!!! I Think they have new management. I would recommend for sure.

Used AAA appliance to get parts for my washing machine,
When I called to get pricing for the part they told me $90 plus tax, I called back an hour later to order the part they told me $102 plus tax but I went ahead and ordered it. The part came in when they said the next day, I tried to install the part and it is the incorrect part. I returned it in hopes of a refund. They will not give you a refund even if they ate at fault. 0 star rating

Yeah the one counter guy, I think his name is Josh, is super rude. Acts like you are ONLY going to be able to get a part in town through them. Unprofessional, not helpful at all. I have bought parts there in the past and got the same type service. Went there today and didn't buy the part all because of him. Was trying to sale me "one that will work". I called Johnstone and they have 50+ of EXACT part that I need.

Very short and rude on the phone, only had a NEW part, asked if they had used or refurbished and they said no, they seemed like they didn't want to refer anyone, so they just said, try that old junk place on butternut, I called that place who referred me back to them which I didn't realize that it was the same place I just called, he said, "you just called me, you know that?" and repeated the model number back to me and I asked if I could get the part number from him and he said "No ma'am." I called back and asked if he was the owner and he said, "no", I asked if he was the manager and he said, "No" so I asked his manager's name he gave it to me, I told him that I was going to call back and talk to his manager and he said, "ok" and hung up on me. I talked to the manager and he said that he would talk to him.
