Ashley's employee's have always been so welcoming and friendly! We were in and out very quick!! The staff was so nice and so helpful! We haven't been in the store in about 2 years (we purchased out sofa's) and it was nice to know the staff is just as friendly as they were the first time! It's so hard to make a decision because they have so many beautiful pieces!! We will be back soon!!! Thanks again for all the help!

I have been looking for a specific bedroom set & Only found it here at Ashley’s & for a great price too! I also bought a living room set. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful! I highly recommend shopping here for high quality furniture.

Loved how great the service was. Very friendly and patient even with my 2 year old running around and trying to jump on everything.

Purchased a bedroom suit with lease to own. Was unaware at time of purchase that purchase had to be paid in 12 months only, so was out of my price range for monthly payment. Anyway called online customer service and changed my purchase to something more affordable. It would have been a better experience if I could have kept the mattress price I got in the store which was the Labor Day sale price but at least got a comparable bedroom suit to what I originally ordered. Thank you for your time

I went in to Ashley furniture in Abilene, Tx. I was shopping for a new bedroom set. Chris was actually the gentleman that helped me out, he was very polite, and respectful. He didn’t get annoyed when I was having him figure out different prices for me while looking at several different items. I will continue to shop at Ashley stores because of employees like him! I also got to meet the new general manager there who was also very helpful and polite. I am sure he will be an asset to your company. Thanks so much for a great experience.
