I have been to this store and made multiple purchases over the years. I kid you not every piece of hardware I have bought from here has had issues at some point when something I purchase from other businesses last a lot longer with less issues. I always buy warranties as well and have had terrible experiences with this business and their employment. Being into technology I know more than people realize and have had issues with Geeksquad like crazy. They never cover whatever is wrong with the unit and since the warranty doesn't cover that sort of hardware it will cost extra. Always, never fails. The one time I did use them for hard drive failure on my laptop I got it back in worse condition. A speaker stopped working, the disk drive didn't rea, the laptop screen's frame was broken, and keys were missing. My phone I bought from them had the same issue and them acknowledging it was in amazing condition and was a hardware issue they were going to charge me more than the phone was literally worth so I went to Atnt and bought a new one instead for less. Not to mention I called for Geeksquad recently and the man I spoke with said I must be stupid because something had to happen on my fault. Rudest experience I have had in a long time. I am done and honestly this place isn't worth it. They lost my business and my husband's. We will.spend our money elsewhere.

Note I have worked in customer service for years and it can be rough. To be talked down to as I was by that employee was very disrespectful.
