I have been getting my eyebrows done here for the last few months. At first, they were great. The last two times were horrible. The job was never completed. I was left in my car plucking at all the missed spots. This very last time was yesterday. My eyebrows were completely uneven. One side was super short and the other was super thin. I felt like she rushed to get them done. Even worse, there was still wax on my eyebrow. She didn't even both to clean it up so i had random hairs all over my face. It was so bad I had to find another place to get them fixed immediately and now my eyebrows are super short and thin.
My lip was another disaster there were stray hairs everywhere and she got wax on my bottom lip. I could not be more dissatisfied with them. I wish I would of taken a picture of the HORRIBLE job they did on my eyebrows.

Overpriced!! I got charged for things I didn't even receive! Service is poor and staff Is rude

A friend and I went here this Tuesday afternoon and it was the most relaxing deluxe pedicure of my life. I have declared them my new go to place for my nails!

About six months ago I went in and told them I only had 2 hours, ask if they had time to do a pedicure. They said yes. They put me in a chair with my feet in water and left me for about 30 minutes. The lady came and put stuff in my water after that, all the while the water is cooling off. She puts the gooey stuff in my feet and lays everything out. Then disappears for about another 30 minutes. So now I have pruny feet and they are freezing because my water is cold. So I ask another lady if she could add some hot water and she gets an attitude but adds hot water. So I sit a few more minutes and since I only have 45 minutes before I have to leave I ask AGAIN if they will have time to finish, again, it's a yes. So she finally come back and gets started and before she's half way done my time is up and I have to go. They still try to charge me full price!!!!!!!! So I say I'm not going back. Well I think ok it's been 6 months so I'll give them another shot, I take my two daughters in to get me a pedicure and one if them ask for the 19.99 special solar nails and one asks for shellac. Well I'm getting my pedicure, the one that is getting the solar nails gets started while my younger daughter waits. Three people end up going ahead of my younger daughter! Well they get done with the first one, I'm still getting my pedicure, I look at her nails and they don't look like the solar nails. Then I notice they are trying to put fake nails on my youngest and she's told them three times she wants shellac! I had to get up and go over there and tell him AGAIN!! So she frustrated Nd upset by now and just says forget it. I get done and they ask me to pay $40 for mine and $40 for the first one and try to charge me something for the second one that didn't even get anything done because he messed up!!! What??? I had to argue with him that I ask for the $19.99, he kept telling me, no she ask for this. I had to explain to him AGAIN what I asked for when I went in and that they are 13 and 15 and not paying for there own. Then he proceeded to tell me that I did not ask for that when I went in there. Like I'm an idiot. Then he tried to act like he wasn't the one I talked to and showed the flyer to!! Like there's another guy in a green shirt that sits up front. I finally tell him I'm only paying the $19.99 for hers and full price plus tip for mine and nothing for the clear polish he put on my youngest. I had to tell him that I had all day and sure didn't mind standing there and talking about it while all his customers listened. They usually only used to get my for $5 or so by asking one of the girls if they "want design", I isually let it slide. I always sit and watch them add designs and other junk for $3 here and $5 there til it adds up to a lot and most people don't say anything to them. They are crooked and I will never go back!!!!

They never quite get enough dry skin off during a pedicure to keep them looking nice for more than one day.
