I am from Seattle and whenever I visit my daughter who lives in Abilene I stop in to enjoy Betty Roses.



It is the best BBQ I have every had!

Betty Rose's Little Brisket is Texas Barbeque at it's finest. They have a smokehouse on site and obviously lots of skill. I would try the ribs, sliced brisket. Betty Rose's also had ham and turkey. Oh, and the smoked sausage is great. And to top it all off try their world famous banana pudding.



We had them cater a big event with 900 guests. They had plenty of food, plenty of help and excellent food.
