New Management, office staff and maintenance are working hard to upkeep the community. They are getting new paint job on the outside as well as upgrading units.

Management is better things have cleaned up a lot around here, new staff is friendly and always willing to help with a smile, grounds are clean every day

WORST PLACE IVE EVER LIVED. I would highly recommend no one ever live here. Plumbing always backing up. Bathrooms flooded constantly, and it takes them weeks to fix the problem, the management is rude and not ever helpful at all. they lied to me about my lease termination day and are charging me over 1000$ for one month of living in the apartment when i wont even be in it!. The Air conditioner is always breaking and hardly even works good at all. It broke this summer and it took them a over week to fix it! they have no security/surveillance at all either, my mail box has been broken into twice, along with other peoples being as well, and my car window got busted open and broken into along with other residence cars being stolen out of.





this has by far been the worst experience in an apartment i have ever had.

Do a lot of research before renting from this apt group. Alot of issues and high electric bill, old a/c unit, plumbing issues, etc...the only positive thing that I have to say is that pest control is at regular intervals throughout the year.

I rented an apartment here the end of October. The day after I moved in I called in numerous service requests. It is now the end of October and there are items that have still not be repaired. When maintenance does come, they do a partial repair say they will come back and never do. Or if they do say they have finished the repair, it's not correct.
