The worst company for service. Do NOT rent your property through them. They allowed my tenants to steal DOORS, Light fittings, cabinets doors. They destroyed windows and cabinets. They did work without informing me. When I tried to sell the property, it took 2 MONTHS to get a for sale sign up there, then when the listing expired they never called me, just cancelled the listing and removed the sign. I have tried calling and leaving messages every 6 weeks ...they never once returned my calls!! Dreadful company!

We have only been renting from them two weeks and our air conditioner has been broke for a week and a half. When we have called they said there is no problem and after a week finally had someone come check. When we explained that it was still broken they hung up on us twice and stated that it was not their problem. Horrible people and the worst experience I have ever had.

Dalzell realtor is very unprofessional. Our A/C is currently down. It's 90 degrees inside the house and they are telling us that they will not fix it because the house sold this morning and it's not their problem anymore. They broke this news to us over the phone. Not a single notice was sent to us. It's almost 100 degrees outside and we are burning up. No ethics, no manners, no professionalism.

Most unprofessional realtor company. Do not go to Dalzell. Workers are unfriendly and don't care about the customer. The owner Dave will not keep in line with the contract and doesn't even know what is written in it. Called maintenance (Alan) and they put me on hold to order a burger. He didn't realize I could still hear him. Worst company ever. Also when we first went to them we signed contract for a house and paid full deposit. Days before move in we were told it wasn't for rent anymore. We already terminated our lease with former apartment so we decided to stay with them. Found a smaller house with less rent so we took it. House was extremely dirty. Dead bugs everywhere smelled like pee (still does) and carpet basically looked like mud. Took us a whole month to get it in living condition. Take my word don't use this company!

Dalzell for Military Community etc. I must say incompetent screams out !!

Dalzell Realtors for first timeBuyers especially.had dealings with 2 agents'experienced agent' but the Newbie Agent had no follow up calls or meeting in person by the Agents Broker to make sure,Buyers needs were being met etc. voiced our concerns in persons to Agent and emails etc it just got worse. only thing we know of the Agents doing work for sure thats drafting the wrong paperworks for signingw/Seller as we were buying new home,they filled out the forms for a used home WRONG! it was signed by us/buyers but the forms were taken to the SellerS and they refused to sign it bc it was the wrong forms with incorrect info the Agent filled in. they needed the Sellers to Enlighten them they drafted the wrong forms!!they drafted the correct forms finally!! days before by.Sellers informs us/buyer the Agent shows up at their house unannounced after 6p in the evening etc( rude!!)we got a lender by this time things have taken a turn for the worse from waiting to meet with Agents for over 25+mins Agent never calls to state they are going to be late etc just sit and wait, they were taking care of their Personal private affairs on Air ForceTime!!(military members or any one thats very busy need Agents that understands that fact thats reliable/dependent able )the meet turn out to be more than a waste of time just a huge hassles+setbacks with the Buying process!! luckily we had a great honest Sellers that was very aware of the Situation! the Agents at this point towards the end we have closing dates etc most of the times Agent is sick out of town etc the excuses were endless, no courtesy calls letting us know were meeting with someone other than them, promised returned calls never made to us, they have laptop,PDA, Cell whats the problem with notifying clients? wks before closing . we had to resort to calling Lender for info and calling Sellers for our needs and Guidance etc. worse the Buyer Agents Broker of Dalzell Realtors never calls or setup in person meeting to follow up to see how things are going with the Newbie Agent. this experience was our 1st. WE need the guidance and Representation from dependable agent.instead they are making a very easy $2k by messing things up if they did anything and if they updated us it was with old news, we got from our Lender and Sellers on day to day status reports. for example.. Sellers suggested that we call and set up appts to turn on/start water/power etc on the day of closing to avoid long wait periods w/o power etc. even the location of closing meeting,the time,what to bring and expect was told to us by the Sellers, Lender was great and extremly polite and patient with us bc it was clear to them that Dalzell agents were a problem and they also had to threaten agents by using talking to the Broker to get the agents to get some forms drafted to extend the contract a few more days. total madness but a valuable lesson learned thank god all else involved helping us we good and honest people.we know better next time we buy a home,next time we are going with a Male 25-45
