I went in for a facial wax. There was only one employee there to help, the older man, whom I assume to be the owner. He reeked of beer and cigarettes, enough to nauseate me. I believe he was drunk. He was very rough, rubbing my face really hard. He got wax on the side of my head. It was a horrid experience. I will never set foot in there again!

the same older guy tried a pedicure and full set on me. I should have jump out of my seat during the pedicure, but decided to wait out , after having more acrylic on my fingers than on my nails, poorly attached tips and overall feeling just dirty. not to mention this gentlemen was barefoot the whole time. I decided to leave. I told him that his service was poorly executed and that my skin looks bad around my nails , he told me that was my skin... REALLY ?? another lady was just about to get her nails done , after showing her my nails and how the conversation went she ran out right after me..
