Very disappointed. First, the guy taking my service order was rude. I've never been there before (or any full service car wash for the matter) and got short with me when I ask him to repeat himself because I couldn't even catch when he was saying. Second, I paid for the ultimate wash. There were still small spots on my wind shield that were there before I went there. My dash still had dust on it. There were still spots they didn't wipe off on my passenger door. And they didn't even attempt to remove the little bit of glue residue left over from where I had the tarp taped over my rear window. Next time, I'll just spend $24 dollars on cleaning supplies on the store and do it myself.

Worst Car Wash in Abilene. An employee vandalized my car on the $100 detail wash and the owner and manager refused to refund my money or pay for the damages and blamed my 3 yr old daughter for the damage. They also didn't clean and shampoo the carpets (which was part of the package), left water streaks and spots on my car and windows, had to wipe it off myself; I expect a lot more when spending $100 to clean a car. They also stole a sweater from my back seat. This is not a BBB business, so, buyer beware.



I find it amazing that my review on Yelp! can't be found, but I suppose that goes with the shady business tactics of that company.

these are the nicest guys. Very efficient , do a great job at a good price. Would absolutely recommend I had to move only wish they were in Ft. Worth . If you happen to open a store in Ft Worth please email me and let me know thanks for great service
