During sale Steven P made so many promises. Now when calling and asking for a call back he hasn’t the time. Called customer service and very brash also no time to hear my issue. I informed her I was an engineer and didn’t need to be talked down to, which she replied she had been doing this for 40years. I’m guessing all those years she never learned customer service care. I hung up to collect my thoughts. If you’re interested in purchasing a Kirby just rethink your choice of whom to buy from. Kenny Family Enterprises lacks customer service.
