We LOVE THIS PLACE



We were introduce to this place in 1997. Our neighbors on Dyess AFB. Our neighbors who are Mexican were moving to their new Base introduced us to them. Our Family Sunday routine is calling our order in and picking it up. Food is great!!!

These people Are incredibly rude, unprofessional, and need to learn to speak English if they are going to work in America. They've gotten my order wrong the whole two times I've been

here! I am never going back. Ever. And I encourage you not to either. If your order gets messed up, don't expect for them to fix it because best believe they won't. It will be "your fault" that they messed up. Ugh.

this place is absolutely TERRIBLE. the service is the worst, they are unprofessional, rude, condescending juveniles who have no respect or regard for their customers. they brought me my order wrong, then when i told them they argued with me about it and told me i was wrong, then when i asked for a new one said its too late there's nothing they can do now and that was it. I called to speak with a manager, the girl who answered sounded young. she said there was "no manager" then curiously asked what it was regarding, probably in anticpation of this call, then went on to claim she was the manager, seemed very uninterested in what i had to say, then was too busy doing "inventory" to deal with this issue right now and requested i come by tomorrow and "see what they can do" i just want a refund of food i didnt eat, i didnt order, and was treated rudely over. I will NEVER go to this place again. steer clear of this place,
