We purchased a 6 piece kids meal and as soon as we arrived home we discovered that the small fries were missing. I contacted the store to resolve this tiny missing item and spoke to Patrick Rodela. Patrick informed me that he was NOT willing to replace the whole meal, even though we were willing to return what we did receive. I explained that we lived a good distance away and that driving all the way back was not an option. He offered to have a closer store replace the fries but not the meal. I contacted the closer store and spoke to Melissa who offered to replace the entire meal. I am extremely unhappy with Patrick's service and feel that the policy he kept referring to is ridiculous. Missing food and incorrect orders seem to be the policy with this particular franchise.
