Beware. This company lost a signed off contract for a lease that was a done deal worth 6.1 millon by going behind backs of family went to oil company and hit them up for more on the lease money.they had no idea of what land was leasing for we were SIGNED OFF WE Were SIGNED OFF on OIL DEAl.check was ready they SCREWED US.NEED TO BE RUN OUT OF ABILENE TX.FOR WHAT THEY DONE TO OUR FAMILY.HAD NO IDEA of Lease.I WAS IN CONTACT with land man to after losing deal THEY went back to company and pleaded on hands and knees hoping we wouldnt find out to get original deal.sorry bunch of outlaws.SCHLICHER County school district was the other holder of lease minerals the county voted voted and passed to accept deal land man called us and was great day.1 month later land man called us and told of NEW DEAL.6.1 Millon. 6.1 millon. WE HAD NO IDEA.AUNT and UNCLE and COUSIN HIRED SO CALLED COMPANY to renegotiate DEAL.DID NOT EVEN NO WHAT MINRALS WERE GOING FOR.OIL COMPANY WAS PISSED.So DEAL WAS lost and have not heard of any one wanting to lease now.2 years now we would have been signing new deal with oil company this year.had no idea of land leased for in gaines co.SORRY ASS COMPANY.PLEASE GET LAWYER remember you want them to drill once they hit oil you can get more on next deal.oil companys arent just going to leave producing wells.DUMB COMES IN Many FORMS.unfortunately we found out first hand.
