the management here is lazy, unprofessional and changes every couple of months. so nothing gets fixed or fixed correctly, or is ignored completely. whoever bonnie is must live at another property, because this place is mostly HUD, elderly and disabled and they treat everyone as a paycheck. as long as they get paid that is all that matters to management here at the SUNSCAPE APARTMENTS. WARNING to ALL VETERANS!!! DO NOT move into this place NO matter what feel good story they tell you. They know you get a monthly check and that is all they want. once you sign that lease and move in, they know they have you and will treat you very poorly. BEWARE!!!

Very nice place to live. Managers are always nice and attentive. Quiet, friendly neighbors. Clean and well.maintained property.
