The only good review on here sounds like it came from the mouths of management. Our stay here didn't go downhill until right before we moved. Although, I must say, the apartments are built extremely cheap and that was an issue the entire 6 months. They give you the illusion of being built well, but once you move in it's a completely different story. They will not courteously remind you that you have to put your leave in writing, that way a week before you move out (after reminding them on the phone and in person on multiple occasions) they can tell you that you will be charged for 3/4 of a month's rent for not even living there. Just so they can move someone else in and charge them rent too. Very poor customer service. Rent went up a hundred dollars so they could plant flowers and remodel their office by a bunch of men who sat on the side of my apartment half the time they could have been finishing the job. Basically, all the resident's money paying them to be lazy. And the "gated community"? False advertisement! The gates hardly ever worked and towards the last few months of our stay I guess they gave up on fixing them completely. I don't usually take the time to write such a poor review, nor do I like to, but I was just so disgusted with their service I wish I could tell everyone in Abilene to stay away and avoid the headache. Lesson learned and customer lost!
