The apartments are nice but the apartment staff are cold racist!! I am going to put a complaint in with Texas fair housing and have them look into the practices.

So, I lived at Tylor grand about a year ago, and let me tell you, they are the BEST!! If I had a problem with my apartment, they were quick to fix it! Never once felt uncomfortable there. I was late on rent a few times, and they didn't harass me like most places do. Gary and Susan will do anything to accommodate you! I saw a comment about them being racist, but They are not racist by any means! Most of the residents are either Hispanic or African American lol so I don't see how they are racist. The only thing that sucks about this place is, you have to wait so long to be able to move in lol so I give tylor grand 5 stars :)

They took my deposit and fees right there and then without even submitting my app. Total $315 that to this day 6 weeks ago I am out of. Stating that Gary had to submit for my deposit. So sad. While they are warm I'm left out in the cold. I googled to see if I could find a corporate number and couldn't find one to check and see why my deposit refund is taking so long. Beautiful community and gorgeous apts. Poor customer service and I feel Gary and Susan are racist. Susan tried her best to disqualify me from the get go... but did take m uhh money.

I called to ask for the availability on an apartment. Spoke first to Gary, who put me on hold for 30 minutes after a two minute conversation and then hung up on me. Called back and spoke with Susan who worked backwards in disqualifying me based on my income. Do not apply if you make more than $26k. These people don't care how poor their customer service is either, so beware if you do become a resident.
