Would NOT recommend this guy to anyone!!!! I was left without a kitchen faucet for 1 week, was given multiple excuses as to why the faucet I purchased wouldn't fit my sink, this guy took $80 from us without having done anything except taking out the current faucet & he stole 2 brand new hoses from me that I purchased!! Then when my husband went to this guy's home to get our hoses back, Thomas Ricks gave him 2 used hoses! I called him & he refused to bring me the brand new hoses he stole from us till the next day! My husband had to go back to his house & he still did not give us the correct hoses back!! When I had an actual professional plumber put my new faucet in, I was told there were no issues except for 1 piece of material that was broken by Thomas Ricks. This guy is a crook!!!! Please!! Do not use him, no matter how cheap he charges. You will regret it!
