Ever notice the people that leave negative reviews largely want something for nothing! If a warranty says something has a power train warranty that DOES NOT cover a flat tire!! Read your owner’s manual and realize your NOT better than everyone else!!#Good Selection#Good Service

We purchased a mower and soon after had issues with it starting. It would not crank. We took it back under warranty and were told that it would be 6 weeks before we could get it back due to service backlog. Asked if they had a loaner to cover the 4.5 acres we needed to mow in the next 6 weeks and was told no that we could rent one to cover the time our warranty mower would be unavailable. They called to say they repaired the mower after the delay and that it was due to a set of lights we had installed. Obviously this was incorrect as the problem still existed and we took it back again and after several weeks they said there was a short to one of the wires in the original wiring harness and their solution was to put a piece of black tape around it. So now 2 years later we still have the same issue and have to jump around the ignition system to start the mower . My wife can no longer use the mower since she cannot start it. Very disappointed in the service delays at the dealership and they have not fixed the issue. Warranty mower failures should be covered with loaner mower and permanent solutions should be applied. Very dissatisfied.
