It was actually a 10 star experience. I have a rather large foot for a woman. I went in and found a boot I liked, but alas not my size. The sales associate found the show, but it wasn't the color I looked at. She kept looking and found a Jolie boot that had a great arch support and is known (after my research) for it's arch support. She went above and beyond the call of duty. The boot was cheaper in store, than sale price I would have paid online. Thank you for such a lovely experience. I WILL be back For Taos, Jolie, Naot and other great brands I have purchased there! God bless!

I have only bought footwear for my husband from this place, but they are quick to help. They even exchange a pair of boots that I happen to have misplaced the receipt. I have always been treated fairly there. I love it.

Have bought shoes from this establishment for many years. Selection, price, and service are first class.

I will never step foot in this store again! After my second trip of driving there and deciding on the shoes I wanted, I went back to get them and to support a local business. There happened to come a storm while I was shopping and the power went out. Since they couldn't run my debit card through, I was more than happy to write a check BUT I was told my check number was too low (#1056), after 25 years of banking and writing checks. I also had many forms of ID along with 40+ years of living in this area. I've never felt so degraded. I would much rather buy them online now rather than trying to support a local business even though it means spending more money.
