John Cooper paving did a great job with my new driveway. Everyone from Denise and Jackie to the crew were great. The customer service is exceptional. After I looked at my beautiful new driveway i looked around my yard and realized except for the new driveway you would never know they were there because they put just as much time and energy in cleaning up and taking care to leave your property looking good. I'm so happy with everything from beginning to end. Thank you so much John Cooper paving.

John Cooper Paving and Sealing, Inc did an outstanding job on my property in Randolph, Mass. I tend to be old school when I deal with contractors, a person handshake and their word go a long way. I found this to be the case with John Cooper Paving and Sealing. A plan was made and executed. The job was completed ahead of schedule. I will highly recommend them.

Working with John Cooper Paving and Sealing turned out to be a postive experience. From the time I called them to request a quote, to the expert evaluation Alysa did on my driveway before quoting the work, to Denise and Jackie who kept constantly in touch when the project couldn't be executed last fall, to Chris who came with the crew to execute the work yesterday, everything went well and smoothly (as smooth as the driveway itself :-))Chris and the crew took time to explain the project in ways that I understood well. They were protective of the underground structures mainly the sprinkler lines that don't run very deep in the ground. I even added to the project's size and there wasn't any issues for them getting the extra materials needed to complete the additional work. Their quote was by far more appealing (in terms quality/ price and completeness of the work) than the 4 previous ones I got from competitors. A highly professional crew and team. They also provided useful advice on how to treat the driveway and keep it in shape.The project was executed to my satisfaction. I would just like to take the time to thank the John Cooper Paving and Sealing Company for an excellent job on our driveway. Any questions we had, Denis responded immediately. We have also recently had a patio installed, after the driveway was complete, and they did not hesitate to help seal the two together. I would highly recommend them to any who asked.

Very professional attitude, made every effort to complete the driveway on time. Also just had my NEW driveway sealed by John Cooper, again a very professional job, putting the sealer down and being neat about it, only getting the sealer on the asphalt, and not on the grass or concrete walkway. I had these people pave my driveway a couple years ago and they did a fine job. This year I called to have them Seal Coat the driveway in order to protect it. During the conversation I mentioned I was on quite an incline...

SO LISTEN TO WHAT SHE SAID TO ME,

A POTENTIAL CLIENT !

She informed me that to Seal Coat my driveway would make it FAR MORE SLIPPERY in the winter. The driveway would be much more dangerous, especially considering I am a senior and would be far more likely to slip and fall.

SO,

1) I saved money deciding not to make my driveway any more slippery than it would be.

2) she caused this company to Not get the job because she thought it would NOT be in MY BEST INTEREST !

I have to say this company's employees as well as owners have now Won My Respect .. For Doing What Is Right and not always just looking out for the Almighty Buck !

My new driveway looks great. The employees were professional and did a super job. I have gotten many compliments from my neighbors. We added a burm along one the side of the driveway and it creates a very clean professional look (and it keeps the mulch in the garden bed and cars out of it). Denise was prompt in calling us back and coming out to do an estimate. We used them back in 1994 in West Bridgewater and the name stuck with me as did the quality of the job.
