Connie is Amazing!...I have been going to Connies for years.She is a master of her craft.Her salon is 5 STARS!!!...Her staff is wonderful,her salon is immaculate,she is a Superb! stylist and an expert with color.She takes pride in her profession and client satisfaction .When I walk into Connies I walk out feeling like a million bucks!Her technique is excellent,she is always on trend and spot on with her suggestions.She is an absolute artist and extremely talented at developing the right look for your face and hair.Connie is beyond talented and comminted to her clientele she is beyond brilliant Connies Cutting Cove is #1,her work speaks for itself! Connie did my roots with Matrix 507N, for dark blondes., I'm a light natural blonde 509N. My roots looked brown. While she was cutting my hair she keep trying to sell me other products saying I can put highlights in for 70 and add some low lights for another 25. Then she said "do you want me to blow dry your hair" I'm not sure why she would ask that of course I do. I left the salon looking like I just walked off the beach, my hair was flat and two distinctly different colors. The next day I called Connie and she defended her work then said well the customer is always right so come in and I will redo it. I said to her isn't it to soon she said no and every time you use chemicals it does some damage. The second day I called her again and told her how highly insulting she was the day prior, again she offered to redo. My advice to the reader if you want to sit around and gossip for hours Connie's is the place for you. If you are like me and want to look good find a different salon.

I was impressed with the service and professionalism of this hair salon. I asked for a certain haircut, and for once, I got just what I wanted. The stylist took careful consideration to what I explained I wanted, and it looks great. I got so many compliments, and I told them all where Connie's is located! Thanks again! Great job!
