I couldn't be happier! I had a company come and make a total mess out of my driveway, and had Appalachian Concrete tear it out and start over. It looks wonderful! They are so nice, honest, and very professional. They were very fairly priced and honestly, I would have paid a lot more to get the result they gave me! Would highly recommend Appalachian Concrete! And will use them again in the near future!

Provided by YP.comUPDATE: After a letter to the company, they did come back and corrected the issues. Very apologetic and stayed until I was completely happy with the work. Thank you!
My experience:
Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience with this company. We had old concrete steps removed and new one put in. Along with that the railing was to be replaced. The steps are ok, although the bottom step measures 4 inches and the next step up is way too high. Now on to the railing. We initially had pipe railing that was sunk into to cheek walls of the steps. When the steps were replaced we opted not to have the cheek walls replaced. So the railing now had to be anchored into the ground. Their first attempt was to give me 1 inch round pipe and pound it into the ground. Neither end was secured, one touch and the thing fell over. I called and they were very apologetic and said they would return to fix it. They came back and sunk 4x4 into concrete. Now mind you, the post should be at the top and the bottom of the steps. They placed the post at the top and about half way down the steps, then attached the same 1 inch pipe with copper fitting that weren't even tightened down. The pipe sticks out about 2 feet from the bottom post. This is not safe, or up to code! The post were never cut down to size. It is a mess and embarrassing. Also, they left the empty concrete bags laying in front of my house and never cleaned up after. So now I have to put our yet more money to get the railing up to code. They are nice enough, but it obvious that they are not skilled in what they are doing.

Provided by YP.comMy experience with Appalachian Concrete was just top notch from the prompt response and fair estimate, to the friendly and skilled service. They did my driveway, which is pretty large. They came in under their estimate, and did a fantastic job! I am going to have them do my sidewalk and possibly my porch and a small Versa-lok wall in a few months. I would highly recommend Appalachian Concrete for anything! He takes his time and does it right! And they are so sweet and friendly and just good people! Thank you, Terry and Lori!
