Car gets broken, you either take it to a dealer and pay an arm and a leg, or you take it to Frank--and pay half an arm and a leg. The problem with giving something like this a rating is that the true experience is always bad; it's bad news all-around if you're riding around with Frank on a test drive.

Frank gets 5 stars bc he is top notch. I hate the price, but the cost of not having a good mechanic is way worse. It bothers me slightly that I can't use my amex, but I am over it.
