- Swords of Chivalry is a school of Historical European Martial Arts. We focus on the art of swordsmanship, in order to inform the use of any other weapon, including spear, shield, dagger, and even unarmed combat. Advancement is based not upon skill with weapons, but upon demonstration of chivalric virtue. Charity, leadership, and wisdom are just as important to the school as honor, skill, and fortitude. Weapons taught include the long sword, broad sword, claymore, back sword, small sword, rapier, short sword, single stick, mace, axe, hammer, spear, shield, staff, and dagger.
