She began with Reiki for which she acquired Third Degree Mastery. A variety of direct-healing modalities were added to and combined with her use of Reiki each year until 1992 when she experienced Jin Shin Jyutsu. In 1993, the doctor attended three 5-day intensive Jin Shin Jyutsu courses, acquiring practitioner accreditation in a brief period of time. Repeat and specialized courses have been attended and added to her experience since that year. From then to the present day Jin Shin Jyutsu remains a vital part of Dr. Vareses daily practice.Primary care, in its usual sense, is not offered by Dr. Varese. For this purpose, you must maintain your relationship with your primary care physician. Dr. Varese has always utilized a comprehensive assessment of the major body systems along with diet and lifestyle evaluation in order to coordinate traditional and non-traditional resources to design each patient's plan for optimal function.
