I unfortunately was that customer that everyone hates and came in right when the store closed, I had called the store and asked if I got there in time if they would look at my items...Caleb was the one who assisted me and he was so nice to let me come in which caused him to have to stay a few minutes extra! He definitely saved the day for me!

They sell stolen items and won't help you. I've had police involved. They knew it was stolen because the IP addresses were marked by police as stolen, so they put it up on the eBay site for sale. Horrible.

They are the best. I am dealt with them for years and they have always been helpful especially Jaime.

This place is so friendly I love the workers always willing to help always helping me out with all my needs great prices on rings kat,is the best eddie a great bargain he will get the price as low as he can most days I get cash out the door ,excellent place ,there Manger is great she cares and it shows thanks Stephanie dipasquale

Absolutely the worst customer service ive ever encountered. Rude hostile and demeaningly abusive treatment. If thats what u want go to big deal

The people there are always very friendly. I don't go anywhere else when I want I sell or pawn something. They give top dollar "to me" for my things.

If you're expecting to pawn your items, you don't want to go here. The guy doesn't seem to take anything except jewelry, even on a one-week loan. I honestly don't know how he stays in business. The jewelry for sale there is extremely overpriced as well. His customer service skills are little to none, and don't expect anything in the form of a friendly smile or a "thanks for your business" - you won't get it here.
