It was really great. Tank overflowed on a Sunday. Called Herbert he came right over. He was not only nice but very professional and the best part was one flat fee, no hidden charges. I definitely would recommend him because we will definitely be calling him next time.

Herbert was a pleasure to deal with and did a great job for me at a fair price. He ended up replacing my entire septic system with the exception of the tank. He was on time and completed the job in less than 48 hours. I could tell from my initial consultation that Herbert was a straight shooter and I felt like I could trust him to do a good job without overcharging me. That is exactly what I got. If you have septic problems you need to call Herbert. Highly recommended!

tenant drove over leach fields crushing pipes causing septic tank to over flow and back up into house..within days had permits and markouts done and a new leach field installed problem solved! price and the quality of the job went way beyond what I would have expected....property looks better now than it did before they dug it up for the new lines...final grading was better than most people could do with a rake!!!! Property is 261 kelly Ln in dallas..Burnt Hickory estates..if you don't believe me check it out...seeing is believing!

if you need septic work this is the co.you want to use. they came out gave an estimate that was better than the other co. i called. i used this co. based on the professionalism and knowledge they showed. the work was done correct and very quickly. bravo to tem for job well done.....thxs. guys

I got estimates from 5 companies on replacing the septic field at my house. Franklin Septic gave me the lowest price and did a great job. I watched them work and Herbert explained all about the system and what its problems were to me and my wife. He also did a little extra job for me, making me a pile of fill dirt for another job. My only disappointment was he didn't let me play with the backhoe. Thanks!

Mr. Franklin was very informative and helped us when everyone else just wanted to take advantage of us. His pricing was significantly lower than the other companies for the same exact service. He was very friendly and did everything he said he would do and in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Franklin Septic Tank Service to anyone that needs septic work done. The only negative I would say is they do not pump septic systems but other than that 100% satisfied.
