Great experience working with the folks at Great Buy. I needed a low priced vehicle to get my four sons (one in a wheelchair) around in and the made it happen. They really went to bat for me.

I purchased this vehicle for my daughter. I was told that it had been on the lot for a year. The day after I bought it the check engine light came on. I took it back to the dealer and they cleared the code and said to drive it for a couple of weeks since it had been sitting for so long. The light came back on the next day. It was driven for a week and was taken back. They read the codes and cleared them and told me if the light came back on they would compare codes. After several of these conversations it was determined that the catalytic converter, o2 sensor and a misfire is at fault. They agreed to put in a converter and had me sign a paper saying they would pay for it. We found that it would be considerably more expensive and they have refused to repair it. ..... UPDATE..... after speaking with the owner, He has made considerable efforts to correct the problems.
