Tried to order the Christmas cactus on the website. Owner called me to tell me that she didn't know why it was on there because they don't have that item but she very kindly offered to get something nice when she went to the nursery the next day which impressed me. However, today I got a photo of what was sent from the recipients and was horrified. It was an amaryllis stuck into what appeared to be raffia and then placed in a straw like basket that looked like an old cowboy hat. The large bow seemed only slightly Christmasy. I am so embarrassed that this was sent in my name. I offered to pay more, if necessary, but she said no that she would stay within what I had already charged. I have on my table an amaryllis that cost $4.95 from the hardware store and looks much better w/o the cheesy basket and cheap bow. My fault for trusting someone like this.

House of Flowers did the flowers for our wedding. Some of the things we ordered weren't done and the owner denied that we asked for these things. The mother of the bride's corsage fell apart during the reception and one groomsman's flower fell apart before the service. The owner was rude 2 days before the event regarding payment of services. I would not recommend this florist.
