They saved the day (and the ice cream!) As the manager of a small independent ice cream parlor, I have experienced very little do with maintenance or repairs of any kind, and most of my professional training deals with food safety and basic bookkeeping, so when our shop flooded from a broken toilet, I did not know what to do. Fortunately, a customer who happened to be there at the time told me to call Integrity, and they came right out and cleaned up the mess. They understood that we were an operating commercial businesses and they took steps to keep us open and to keep our customers safe during the process. They were able to do the most immediately necessary work right away, get us back open in a couple of hours, then come in at the end of the business day and finish what they needed to do. It was very impressive, and although I would not refer to the service as cheap, it made the owner happy because we were only closed for a couple of hours and we never lost any revenue, which just made me look good! I only took the time to write this review since I live in an apartment and I don't know if I will ever have the chance to use this company again (I hope I don't!) or refer them, so other than the free ice cream cones we gave the technicians I just wanted to do something nice for them in return. Thanks Integrity.

Integrity displayed a lack of integrity with regard to my contract. I was never provided a revised SOW after the negotiation of the project. I notified the business of the dispute, and the owner did not respond to my written letter or phone call. Four months later, the owner sent my account to a collection agency, even though their contract outlines a policy for dispute resolution. As a customer, I wish it had been clear what work was being done and for what cost - I should not have to deal with a misunderstanding that is the fault of the contractor. Even worse, Integrity is not even taking responsibility for their error. The quality of the work? Well my floors are fine, but the sheet rock in my ceiling that they were to repair was not done correctly. I notified them of this and because of our contract dispute, I guess this will never be properly done. Nightmare. I recommend to avoid.

I had a dishwasher leak that damaged my floor and cabinets in my kitchen, Integrity Restoration came out quickly and explained everything that needed to be done and how the process would go. The water mitigation crew had a good bit of things that had to be taken out, but when they left my kitchen was clear of all the trash and dust, just amazing at how clean it could be after all that work! My kitchen was then put back together and looked great! Thanks Integrity

They got the house dried out very quickly. Great guys, very professional and courteous. Were always on time. Communication was great.

My Water Heater flooded my Basement. The cleanup was done immediately and thoroughly. The repair department restored the damaged areas with excellent workmanship, walking us through every step.

An excellent experience at time of crisis. Our flooded basement was cleaned up and professionally dried by polite people with great communication skills.
