I dropped off a 2'x3' frame to have a mirror replaced in it and got a call just a few hours later that it was done. KGM went above and beyond what I expected, and the price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend their services.

Do not even waste your time. I went to website, filled out a quote form, 2 months later still no response. About a week after I didn't receive quote, I called and left a voicemail for residential sales, to date-still no response. I called again during business hours just to get voicemail for the operator and all sales depts, and when trying to leave a message, was told the mailboxes were full. I wouldn't give this company a penny.
