Provided by YPmobileYes, the monthly rental price was great, but the landlord and his wife were rude, uncooperative, cheap, and lazy the entire time my roommates and I were there. We were told that our place would be cleaned before we moved in. It wasn't. The day we moved in we noticed that the hall shower wasn't working and notified the landlord of this issue the next day. It took him over two months to come and fix it, leaving five adults to share one shower, and our rent price was not lowered at all. Our air conditioner broke in 90 degree heat. It took the landlord over a week to fix it because "their maintenance man doesn't like to work on the weekends." All of the appliances are old and barely work. The lot we rented came with a shed, but it was filled with the landlord's personal stuff and even after being repeatedly asked to clean it out he never bothered to do it. I have two indoor cats. Nowhere on our lease did it say no pets, and many of the other tenants have dogs. The landlord's wife even told us when we first moved in that it was alright to have our cats. Flash forward a month and half and suddenly they're a problem. The landlord illegally threatened to evict us multiple times if we didn't remove our cats, and when it was pointed out that other tenants had dogs (dogs that would frequently get out and run about the neighborhood) he became irate. The front porch is completely rotted and the paint is all but worn away, which not only is an eyesore but a safety hazard. The landlord ignored this issue just like he ignored every other issue. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this mobile park at all costs.

Provided by YP.comBe advised: Know Georgia's Landlord - Tenant Law before moving here. Especially the Landlord Responsibilities, and Tenant Rights!
The rental prices are great; but if you expect that price to include the owners, Pam and Robert Ingram, to respond to important, necessary repairs in a timely manner, then avoid the park at all costs.
Rotting floors and green and black mold don't seem to faze these people. Physical and medical safety could be at a dangerous risk living in their homes. Faulty electrical outlets go un-repaired (even if they spark!); leaking pipes are not a big worry to the Ingrams.
Even after asking Pam 4 times if the place would be *cleaned* before I moved in (and her answers were "yes"), on move-in day we found rodent feces in every cabinet and drawer.
It's a nice, "natural" neighborhood; well-kept, but lots of trees and foliage. Unfortunately, it all turned into a nightmare for me.
