I had Sweepy Hollow out to clean my fireplace because it was a new home ( to me) and I wasn't sure how well the previous owners took care of it. They did an amazing job. Very clean and the technician was extremely polite and answered all my questions. He inspected the fireplace/chimney to make sure it was safe to use. They also had the best price for a certified company. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Wonderful company, extremely easy to schedule and their service is second to none! I was amazed at how up to date chimney sweeps are, well at least this company. they swept and inspected two of my chimneys. My home is up for sale so having a detailed inspection report was the main reason I needed this service. They were vary upfront and transparent. The inspection report was emailed to me in real time!
I have already made arrangements for them to clean my chimney at my new house as well as a possible gas log set install. Will recommend this company to everyone!

Called around for pricing, sweepy hollow had the best local rates. Scheduling was easy and a technician was available within my requested time frame. The technician came out and cleaned three of our chimneys. He was real knowledgeable and professional. I am honestly blown away at how I've hired multiple service companies in the last several months and so far, sweepy hollow is the only company that was easy to schedule, on time, professional and completely me our expectations.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. For once a competent chimney company. Wore shoe covers in my home without me asking (I have white carpet). Found several small issues, things I myself have noticed and woundered about. This company was 10 minutes early for our scheduled appointment... that itself is great and has never happened with any other chimney companies I've hired over the years. The technician took the time explaining proper functionalities of my fireplace/Chimney. I felt educated after he left. Top notch company and will be recommending them to the moon! I found them by searching online and read all the great reviews so figured it's only right to share my experience as well!

Sweepy Hollow is the best!

First, their pricing beat the competition in the area. We have used several chimney sweep companies in the past due to a number of reasons. This company was great to deal with starting with Amber in the office, she answered all of my questions and put me on the schedule. I received a call prior to the service date as a reminder (never with other companies). The technician called us when he was in route with his ETA. The service was second to none! Mike Walker is a very knowledgeable young man and helped us to understand proper maintenance of our chimney. Question we've asked other chimney sweeps were answered and at a way we could understand them better. We will continue to use Sweepy Hollow in the future for cleanings.

Amazing experience with this professional chimney service company. We have used several companies over the past few years but this one blew the others out the flue! Lol seriously, our technician what actually on time and answered all of our questions. They wear shoe covers in your home even if you tell them they don't have to. Sweepy Hollow was the only company out of three that contacted me back in regards to installing a rain pan and cap. Amber was very pleasant when making the appointment and you couldn't ask for a better technician than Mike Walker to show up and do the job because he was very outgoing and professional. I was so pleased with the service that I had them come out the following week to install a rain pan and cap for my neighbor. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know.

After a couple of years of burning wood in the fireplace, we managed to bust a hole in the backwall firebrick. I had just bought $100 worth of firewood and brought it home for my wife, she loves a good warm fire in the cold winter, so, she was not happy about our fireplace being out of commission. After a couple of weeks of digging around and trying to see if repairing it was something I could pull off as a DIY project, I threw up my hands and googl'd a fireplace repair company. I recognized the logo from "Sweepy Hollow" a local fireplace service company on google and clicked their link. I checked out their website and decided they looked professional enough to call. Amber answered and said they were busy but would try to fit me in within a couple of days. I told her the sooner the better. They had a slot open up and sent a tech out same day! Mike the technician was very professional. He came in, assessed the hole, worked up a cost effective solution, and provided us a free estimate. He suggested replacing the firebrick rather than spending an arm and a leg installing a whole new fireplace. I thought to myself, great, how long is it going to take to order the material and get you guys back out here. Mike informed me they had all the materials they needed on their service truck! I was very impressed with how knowledgeable the technician was as well as the quality of the repair service. I would certainly recommend these guys after the experience we had with them! A big Thank you to the Sweepy Hollow team!

Our technician Mike was on time, professional, and THOROUGH. He cleaned the inside and outside area of the fireplace, and checked for safety problems from below and from the roof. No mess! He showed us pictures of the chimney problems created by the roofers, and rather than pressure us to have him fix it, suggested we should go to the roofer's warranty first. He was so meticulous that we decide to have him also clear out our rather long dryer vent, and he did a great job there too. He did ask us to write a review, but I would have written this anyway, so he needn't have asked! Very happy with the work, and will use them again.

We needed our chimney inspected and cleaned. We decided to use Sweepy Hollow after calling around. The tech showed up on time and immediately got to work. He wore shoe covers while in the house and laid tarps out to collect any soot. We had some questions and he answered them all very well and after the inspection he informed us of some small issues that needed repaired. He explained everything and took pictures so we could see what he was talking about. We called their office to schedule an appointment for the repairs and when he returned to do the repair work he was once again on time and very friendly and respectful. We will definitely refer Sweepy Hollow to friends and family. They provided great customer service and we are very happy with everything!
