Provided by YPmobileI do alot of business with this WalGreens and overall they really are a great pharmacy that genuinely cares about their patients/customers. I recently was in there and was short over a dollar and the Pharmacist had a community change jar and with that and his own change he pulled from his own pocket, helped me get my heart medicine. I have NEVER had a bad experience in this Walgreens. 5 stars ★★★★★ for excellent customer service and going above and beyond their call of duty.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT GO HERE! Seriously! I wish it would allow negative star ratings because in my mind it doesn't deserve even one star!
My 4 year old son had a double ear infection and pink eye. After making a trip to the dr on a Saturday morning, our very next stop was Walgreens to get his medicines. On Monday I was looking at the bottle because I had a bored moment and noticed the manufactures date had passed months prior. I contacted to pharmacy to make them aware of it immidately. The manager had the pharmacist stay until I got there as they close at 9 and it was 9:02. When I arrived at 9:05 the manager informs me that it isn't a big issue health wise that the meds had expired they just might have lost some of their strength. I understand trying to ease my mind as a parent about the situation but in my opinion it is a VERY BIG DEAL. Things have expiration dates for a reason. Bacteria can build immunity to antibiotics thus it is very important for it to be treated correctly the first time. That being said I have to take my share of the blame for not catching it sooner.

Provided by YP.comhad a very unpleasant, upsetting experience this store. Amongst the items that I intended to puchase were 4 cans of Ajax powder. I had two anufactuerers coupons for "$1 off any 2 Ajax products" which came out of this Sunday's AJC newspaper (03/06/2011). When the cashier scanned the coupon the register stated "product not found". She called Team Lead, Noemi, to the register. Noemi agreed that the coupon did not exclude the products that I intended to buy, yet she refused to honor the coupon. From the moment she showed up she seemed irritated, combative, and generally reluctant to help. I requested to speak with another member of management such as a store manager or district manager. She stated that the store manager was off today and that she would not call him/her. She claimed not to know the number to the district manager, so I asked her to call corporate for authorization as these were the only 4 cans of Ajax left in stock. She was quite reluctant to call corporate, but eventually gave in after multiple requests. Corportate customer service stated that they would have to send an email to find out more about the products covered by the coupon. Arguing with Noemi over $2 worth of coupons wasted about 30 min of my time, was extremely frustrating, and I ultimately left without the Ajax. It is simply shocking to me that a store is willing to lose a weekly shopper, who spends thousands of dollars a year at Walgreens, over $2. If this is how Walgreens treats loyal customers, count me out; Hooray for Wal-Mart, who now accepts competitors coupons in addition to price matching.
