Dr. Griffin and his staff are unprofessional and rude. My husband refused to set up an appointment for hmself over the phone after the receptionist was rude and wanted to argue with him. My husband sometimes exaggerates so I decided to take my son there who is 12 years old and we didn't even make it back for an examination because they were rude to both my son and me. They are not flexible with their policies which are not like any I have ever seen at a doctor's office before. We left and went directly back to our old chiropractor, Dr. Gillis. He is awesome and I will never try anyone else again!
