Provided by YP.comThese apartments appear to be quality when you first step into them. Granite Countertops, wood floors, stainless steel appliances. However they were build in 2016 and the work is not quality.
The wood floors are uneven and hard to clean because they are grouted, imagine your whole apartment with tile floors. The central heat and air unit is poorly installed and ventilation is spotty, my bedroom would be 65 degrees and my living room would be 75 degrees. The brand new AC unit also broke for a combined total of 1.5 weeks while I was living there. I lived there for roughly 7 months.
Overall the apartments are not the worst but are overpriced. Ada has little choices for housing which is why these cost what they do.
The service provided by the property manager however is poor. The manager is an older degenerate that lives on site. When I had problems with the apartment that needed to be attended to she would act as if it was the end of the world that she was having to do her job. I am a professional in my mid twenties with multiple degrees and certifications, I was talked down to anytime I had a question or concern, constantly being called "kiddo" etc.
Save $200 per month and rent somewhere else, especially if you are not going to be living in Ada for long.
