My family ate there last night after leaving an event we got there an hour and a half before closing there food was not exceptable the chips were stale and greasy the chickin tenders tasted of old grease the rice was dry and cruchy no mango on the fish the corn on the cob was mushy we eating there lots of times but that was the worst our guacamole was soppose to be table side all we got was a small boul

I don't usually use my time leaving a review but please read this one before wasting 2 hours of your evening. I'm not sure where this place falls short in management, cooks or service but like I've seen people review before me, "it doesn't take an hour to flip a burger and drop fries". This place is slower than slow and the servers are rude and don't get you drinks or chip refills for 15-20 minutes. But don't worry they will sit and talk to the bartender and bring you cold food and a warm beer. Go to any other place in Ada you want and the service will be not only quicker but much better. If the option for no stars was available I would use it.



Also, if your a business it's the same situation, we used to order food to go for our office and they never had the order out when they said and it was always wrong.



DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Nothing ever changes at this location. After waiting a very long time for my lunch, and numerous conversations with my server, the food finally came out cold, stale, unacceptable. This seems to be the common practice here. Server was nice, but unable to get management to care about the patrons.

A friend and I went to eat lunch there today and we both agreed it was excellent! Our waiter made sure that our drinks were full and even helped us by stating that we could get an appetizer and it would be half for both of us. Great food! We will be going back!

I admit in the past, I have had bad experiences. This restaurant has pulled a complete 360•, not only is the service amazing but the food is absolutely mouth watering!

been several times and had trouble with steaks being too.rough or not done enough. but last time i went a friend had a bug in her food. either a gnant or a baby roach. manager didn't really seem to care. my cousin went on a different occasion and there was a roach cooked in with her beans.

This place does not genuinely care for how their customers feel or want. They tend to overlook others for their own needs. Trust me, used to work there. They discriminate against people with disabilities. The food here is not as "Fresh" as you think.

I would order my lunch and my burger was HALF cooked, thought it might moo at me.

Anyways, go to Applebee's, at least they make you feel like you matter to them..

to the management: please teach the employees costumer service. I called to make a take out order and ended up canceling it because the person taking the order was rude. She had a hard time just trying to take the order. I guess Chili's doesn't care about the customers.

Me & a few friends went to eat there one afternoon & it was horrible. Not only did they mix up our orders with the people sitting behind us but our food was not fully cooked. My steak was still frozen in the middle & one of my friend had disgusting soggy fries. It was horrible. I will never go back.
